From sweet to sublime: winemaking in upstate New York

Wineries in upstate New York are undergoing a renaissance and gaining new-found recognition among wine connoisseurs. Seneca Lake vintners Tom Macinski '78 of Standing Stone Vineyards and David Whiting '86 of Red Newt Cellars, whose wines have won awards at regional, national and international competitions, are at the vanguard of the transformation.

It's amazing what we, as alumni, can do for each other, for current students and for recent graduates through our connections and contacts. We can open windows to exciting new experiences, doors to wonderful new opportunities. How? By using our ability to connect with one another and the contacts we've developed through our careers to create internships.
