Mara Alper '69 produced a documentary Visions of the Huichol, which was on view at the Kampo Museum in Kyoto, Japan from Oct. 31, 2009 to Feb. 7. Alper is an associate professor at Ithaca College in Ithaca, N.Y., where she teaches video production and animation. Her videos can be seen at MaraAlper.com.
Adele Bass '74 was one of two women named 2010 Big Sister of the Year by the Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Los Angeles. She has mentored David (14 years old) for six years. Adele has been a professor at the Art Center College of Design for the last 20 years.

Vincent N. Schiraldi '81 (at right in photo with Mayor Michael Bloomberg) is commissioner of the probation department of the City of New York. He previously led the Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services in Washington, D.C. He is married and has two children.

Vincent F.A. Golphin, PhD ’05 is an assistant professor of English at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, N.Y. He was selected by the government of China to serve as an instructor and American cultural ambassador at Capital Normal University, the national teacher’s college, for the spring 2010 semester.
