The Binghamton University Athletic Hall of Fame was established in 1996 to honor those individuals who have distinguished themselves and the University through the intercollegiate athletics program. Its purpose is to perpetuate the memory of those individuals who have brought distinction, honor and excellence to Binghamton University athletics. Anyone can nominate an individual for the Athletic Hall of Fame. Nominations are accepted prior to May 1, with the selection committee convening shortly thereafter. Any athlete is eligible five years after graduation or five years after that individuals class graduated. Coaches and staff members must have served for a minimum of five years. Other individuals who have aided the advancement of the Universitys intercollegiate athletics program can also be nominated. |
