OXFORD,
N.Y.--Senior forward Stephen Bruce (Buckie, Scotland)
netted a pair of second-half goals, leading the Binghamton men's

Cola Collegiate Soccer Preview on Friday evening at the David
L. Emerson Soccer Farm in Oxford, N.Y. In the women's game earlier
in the day, Binghamton lost to Colgate 3-1.
Bruce broke a 1-1 tie in the second half with back-to-back goals
that put Binghamton ahead to stay. The Red Raiders had a 1-0
lead in the first half before senior midfielder Charles Darkwah

players in the America East last year.

played the entire game in goal.

Binghamton in a 2-0 hole to start the second half. Freshman forward
Maria Krug (Norwich, Conn./Norwich) cut the deficit to
2-1 in the second half but Colgate got a late goal to ice the
game.
