• As a Senior: Won the heptathlon (4,770) and was fifth in the long jump (21-9 1/2) at the America East Indoor Championships ... won the 500 in the indoor dual meet against Albany (1:06.41).

• As a Junior: Finished second in the 400 hurdles (53:14) and tied for eigth in the high jump (6-2) at the America East Conference Outdoor Championship.

• As a Sophomore: Placed third in the 400 hurdles (54.49) at the America East Conference Outdoor Championships (54.49) ... was third in the pentathlon at the America East Conference Indoor Championships (3,257 points).

• As a Freshman: Finished fifth in the 400 at the Cornell Denault Invitational (51.71).

• Before Binghamton: Competed in track at Freeport.

• Personal: Born Oct. 6, 1983 ... mother is Bridget-Ann Hampden ... majoring in computer science.
