topple Princeton 30-13 The Bearcats received technical fall wins by senior 157-pound Joe Privitere (Johnson City, N.Y.), freshman 133-pound John Gartiser (Tuxedo, N.Y./Monroe-Woodbury) and sophomore 149-pound Joe Gartiser (Tuxedo, N.Y./Monroe-Woodbury). Privitere produced six takedowns in a 19-3 win that was stopped at the 6:35 mark. The victory was the 94th of his careertying him with Mike Carra (1974-78) for second place on BU's all-time wins list. Mark Gumble (1984-88) is the program's all-time leader with 112. The Gartiser brothers racked up 36 points between them, as John scored a 19-1 tech fall in 4:19, and older brother Joe followed with a 17-0 score. "Both Gartisers did a nice job," BU head coach Mike Fusilli said. "And Joe Privitere wrestled well. He was very offensive-minded. It's a good win for us." Sophomore 141-pound Josh Ruff (Bainbridge, N.Y./Bainbridge-Guilford) scored a 15-3 major decision to remain unbeaten in duals. Ruff raised his record to 22-5 overall, 12-0 in dual matches. The Bearcats complete their two-match day with a bout against visiting Franklin & Marshall Saturday night at 8 p.m. from East Gym. Full
