Junior Season (2004): Started in all 21 games...played a major role in eight shutouts and helped the team post a 1.27 goals against average.

Sophomore Season (2003): Started all 19 games ... scored first collegiate goal in win over Vermont ... added assist against UMass ... wing back who helped team record seven shutouts and post a 1.75 goals against average.

Freshman Season (2002): Played in eight games before stress fracture ended her season ... made six starts in back.

High School: Starred for Randolph High in New Jersey ... was a two-time first-team all-state selection ... also a three-time all-conference and two-time all-county choice ... led her 2000 scholastic team to the state championship ... Randolph also captured three straight conference and county titles during Vernicek's tenure.

Personal: Born December 29, 1983 ... parents are Andy and Dawn Vernicek ... major is undeclared.
