Christina Abbey

Christina is a senior majoring in Integrative Neuroscience. Christina has been active her whole life, from competitive cheerleading to weight training. Christina's interests lie in becoming a well-rounded athlete by continuing to learn about various types of physical activity. She began practicing yoga and is currently training for her first half-marathon. As an ACE certified personal trainer, Christina is excited to encourage others to motivate and instill knowledge in others on how to achieve their goals and live a healthier lifestyle.

Keith Anderson

Keith is currently an undergraduate majoring in biology. He is from Poughkeepsie, NY where he played football and ran track in high school, as well as played baseball in the town league. Keith works at Fitspace as a Fitness Assistant and Personal Trainer. He believes that people should always be progressing and open to change. As an ACE certified personal trainer, he is excited to help people achieve their fitness goals and make the changes they want to see.

Monica Bronnberg

Monica is a sophomore majoring in Psychology on the ABA track and minoring in Education, hoping to become a Speech Pathologist. She is from Oceanside, NY where she was a competitive cheerleader for all four years of high school. As well as working in FitSpace as a Fitness Assistant and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Monica is NETA Spin certified and loves eating healthy and being active. With a drive to help others through their health and fitness journeys, she's excited to promote a healthy lifestyle and motivate clients to achieve their goals.

Angelique Chatpar

Angelique is currently a sophomore, majoring in Biology. She aspires to go on to medical school and become a surgeon. She is an ACE certified personal trainer. Currently, she plays on the club lacrosse team here at Binghamton University. In high school, she played on the school soccer, basketball, lacrosse, and track team. Angelique believes in changing up her workouts so that she is constantly challenging herself to become stronger and achieve her goals

Taylor Cunningham

Taylor is currently a senior who is majoring in biology. He grew up in Poughkeepsie, NY where he played tennis and swam competitively throughout his life. He is an ACE certified personal trainer with years of experience in weight lifting and calisthenics. He emphasizes the importance of a program that focuses on functionality by training individuals with common, everyday movements. Taylor has an unceasing interest in all aspects of fitness and is eager to help his clients achieve their goals.

Chris D'Amico

Chris is a senior majoring in Integrative Neuroscience and minoring in Health and Wellness. His hometown is Chester, NY, where he competed in shot put for Track and Field. During his senior year of high school, Chris lost fifty pounds and has been in love with fitness ever since. He recently trained and competed in a Spartan Race, which he plans on doing again in the near future. As a certified personal trainer through ACE, Chris is looking forward to helping people with their health and fitness goals.

Nicole Doyle

Nicole is a senior majoring in Integrative Neuroscience with a minor in Health and Wellness. She is from Farmingdale, NY where she was captain of the cross-country and track and field team. She has done many races including Spartan races, Tough Mudders, and half marathons. She currently enjoys weight training, yoga and continues to run while preparing for her first full marathon. She believes exercise has to power to enrich the mind, body, and soul and is dedicated to helping others experience its benefits. As an ACE certified personal trainer, Nicole strives to create a positive and rewarding exercise experience for those looking to achieve their goals and live a healthier lifestyle.

Alexa Francisco

Lexi is a recent Binghamton University graduate who earned her degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a minor in Health and Wellness. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Exercise Science at SUNY Cortland. Lexi is originally from East Islip, NY where she played soccer and ran cross country and track. She loves weight training, running, taking spin classes, and playing sports for fun. Lexi shares her passion for fitness in hopes of helping others reach their fitness goals and live healthier lifestyles. Lexi is a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) and holds specialty certifications in Spinning®, Pink Gloves Boxing™, P90X® Live, PiYo® Live, R.I.P.P.E.D.® and BODYPUMP®.

Megan Goldstein

Megan Goldstein, from Staten Island, New York, is an undergraduate student studying Psychology with a minor in Health and Wellness. Megan dedicates her time to fitness and nutrition by teaching kickboxing classes, exploring healthy food options and recipes, practicing exercises outside of her comfort zone, and routinely trying new things. She holds specialty certifications in Pink Gloves and Spinning. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Megan hopes to help people reach their fitness goals and live healthier lifestyles by working with them to develop meaningful, lasting habits.

Taesung Kim

Tae is a senior majoring in Integrative Neuroscience. As an aspiring doctor, Tae is looking to attend med school in the future. Tae is an amateur MMA fighter, Jiu Jitsu club captain, and former competitive wrestler. He enjoys power lifting and Olympic lifting, as well as trying new foods. Tae has been a certified personal trainer through ACE since December 2014 and looks forward to helping people reach their fitness goals.

Aleksandr Krichmar

Alex is a senior majoring in Integrative Neuroscience who will be attending medical school next year. Born in Russia, he grew up on Long Island and has been a competitive athlete throughout his life, focusing on swimming and track and field throughout high school. Alex is an ACE certified personal trainer who has experience in various styles of training such as bodybuilding, calisthenics, and powerlifting. He hopes to motivate and encourage his fellow gym goers to pursue a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

Samantha Maher

Samantha is a senior studying Psychology with a minor in Education. She is from Massapequa, NY where she ran track and cross country all four years. Samantha works in FitSpace as a Fitness Assistant and as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She loves kickboxing, yoga, swimming and running. Samantha believes that fitness is about achieving a happier healthier you and understands this is different for everyone. She is devoted to finding a type of exercise that fits your needs and helps achieve your fitness goals.

Rob Meyer

Robert is a junior in Binghamton's School of Management studying Finance, with a minor in Russian Language Studies. When he's not at school, he lives at home with his family in Brooklyn, New York, where he trains and aspires to compete in both national weightlifting and powerlifting meets. Robert hopes to aid clients in bettering their strength, conditioning, and overall lifestyles through his sport-specific knowledge, in conjunction with his ACE certification as a personal trainer.

Chris Nock

Chris is currently Graduate Student in the MBA program. He is originally from Ithaca NY where he competed in Football, Track and Field, and Downhill Ski Racing. Currently a Pole Vaulter for the Varsity Track and Field team here at Binghamton, he has an insatiable hunger for fitness. Certified through ACE, he is constantly trying to learn more and help others achieve their fitness goals.

Rosie Ng Chang

Rosie strives to make every workout fun, challenging and efficient. She enjoys motivating her clients to the fullest and tailoring sessions for each person, whether they have never stepped foot inside a gym before or have been training for years. She has a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals and live a well-balanced life. Rosie believes that there's always room for improvement and it's never too late to start anything!

Daniel Pressman

Daniel is a junior majoring in English, Psychology and an IMP in Educational Studies. He is from Larchmont, NY where he competitively played tennis all four years of high school. Daniel enjoys playing all types of sports, working out, sitting in a deep squat, and eating abundant amounts of spinach. His love of calisthenics, functional movement, weightlifting, and all things fitness and nutrition related led to him becoming an ACE-certified Personal Trainer. He can't wait to start working with all types of clients to reach any fitness goals they may have!

Drazen Schrecengost

Drazen is a junior majoring in Integrative Neuroscience and minoring in Health and Wellness Studies. Since beginning college, he has been working towards pursuing a career in physical therapy. Outside of the gym, he enjoys hiking, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, and every other exercise involving nature! As a personal trainer, he stresses the importance of balancing work and health and will do whatever he can to help make both possible.

Kim Smith

Kim is a junior integrative neuroscience major and health and wellness minor. Originally from Huntington, NY, she played soccer at the premier and varsity levels, in addition to rowing crew for her high school. Kim has a passion for all aspects of fitness, from HIIT workouts to weight training, and holds other certifications as a lifeguard and swimming instructor. As an ACE certified personal trainer, she hopes to provide continuous support and motivation for people of all athletic levels as they initiate positive change. Kim looks forward to helping others meet their unique fitness goals by developing individualized programs that are, challenging, fun, and effective.

Rachel Smith

Rachel is a senior majoring in Business Administration with a minor in Health and Wellness Studies. She is from Dix Hills, NY where she was captain of the swim team and is an avid horseback rider. Following her passion for fitness and wellness, she became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer to enable her to help others on their fitness journey. Rachel has completed multiple Tough Mudders, a half marathon, and is a certified lifeguard. She loves the challenge of training to reach difficult objectives and looks forward to helping others reach their own health and fitness goals.
