Personal Training Staff
John R. Premo
J.R. is currently a senior studying Industrial and Systems Engineering. His hometown is Rochester, NY. While not studying or working, J.R. enjoys playing sports, especially soccer and golf. J.R. has worked in FitSpace since 2011 and has been a certified Personal Trainer since 2012. JR successfully completed a sprint triathlon during the summer of 2013.
Sadie is a senior Integrative Neuroscience major with a Health and Wellness minor.
Sadie is originally from Queens, NY. This will be her third year working for Campus
Recreation. She has been weight training and running for 8 years and hopes to compete
in a figure contest in the near future. Sadie is a certified Personal Trainer through
ACE and looks forward to motivating others with her extensive knowledge of fitness.
Anthony is currently a sophmore studying Accounting and Creative Writing. Anthony grew up in Hauppauge, NY where he earned a black belt in Kempo karate and was a county champion sprinter at his High School. As a certified Personal Trainer through ACE, Anthony is excited to share his passion for a healthy lifestyle with others.
Isaac is a junior in the School of Management originally from Brooklyn, NY. Isaac has been a Fitness Assistant in FitSpace since the fall of 2012 and is a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). In his free time Isaac enjoys a wide variety of activities including basketball, football, and long distance cycling.
Jeff is a junior from Boston studying Human Development, Education, and Health & Wellness. He has a passion for wellness and all types of fitness, especially weight training, yoga, and running. Jeff is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and looks forward to helping others on their path to fitness and wellness.
Kristina is a senior Psychology major with a Health and Wellness Minor. Kristina is originally from Bronx, NY. Kristina hopes to become a Physical Therapist after graduation. Kristina has worked for Campus Recreation for two years and is a certified Personal Trainer through ACE.
Kyle is currently a junior at Binghamton and is originally from Long Island, New York. Kyle has committed many years of his life to obtaining a higher level of fitness by participating in Lacrosse, Football and the Martial Arts. Kyle spent the fall of 2012 interning as a fitness assistant in order to become a well-rounded and enthusiastic certified Personal Trainer through ACE.
Giovanna is a second semester sophomore studying Neuroscience and Spanish. She is interested in training and educating people to help them lose weight, get healthy, and reach their goals. In her free time, she enjoys weight training, running, cooking, and learning more about fitness and nutrition. She is passionate about helping others and hopes to motive and encourage anyone interested in working toward a healthier lifestyle.
Darius is currently a sophomore studying Math and Computer Science. He is originally from Buffalo, NY where he competitively competed in football, running, wrestling, and lacrosse. Additionally, he is now an avid participant in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. As an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified trainer, Darius is eager to use his experience and enthusiasm to help others to achieve their personal fitness goals.
Jason is currently a junior studying Mechanical Engineering and is originally from Long Island, NY. Jason is dedicated to leading an overall successful lifestyle propelled by his enthusiasm for fitness. He currently serves on the executive board of Binghamton Crew Club, has experience as a competitive swimmer and is well versed in weight training. Jason is certified in Personal Training by ACE and is excited to work with clients in achieving their fitness and wellness goals.
Chris is a senior studying History with a minor in Health and Wellness. He is originally from Ithaca NY where he competed in Football, Track and Field, and Downhill Ski Racing. Currently a Pole Vaulter for the Varsity Track and Field team here at Binghamton, he has an insatiable hunger for fitness. Certified through ACE, he is constantly trying to learn more and help others achieve their fitness goals.
