Project Description
Shifts: Saturday set-up (3pm-7pm) Sunday set-up (6am-9am) Sunday event (8:30am-1pm) Sunday clean-up (12-3pm) Set up on April 11, 2015 is from 3pm - 7pm. Set up jobs will include setting up and moving tables, moving chairs, placing table cloths on tables, hanging and placing signage, moving cases of water, carrying boxes, laying out display materials, etc. Clean up on April 12, 2015 is from 12pm - 3pm Clean up will include moving tables, moving chairs, removing table cloths on tables, removing hanging signage, moving cases of water, carrying boxes, packing up laid out display materials, etc. Event Staff on April 12, 2015 8:30am-1pm Event Greeter, Registration helper, and help managing different tables. Event Finish line/ Route Marshall on April 12, 2015 is from 10am-12pm Finish Line Cheer Team basically cheers on and encourages walkers as they are passing through, Route Marshall will be distribute through the route to direct walkers.
