A personal essay must be attached which addresses

* The relationship between your degree and/or specific courses to your career or life skill needs, or to your personal life enrichment.
* Your expectation for future use of knowledge gained from your degree and courses.

Applicant must be

* A matriculated student in the College of Community and Public Affairs (or accepted for fall admission) Enrolled part-time or full-time in the (upcoming) fall semester
* Age 25 years or older
* Eligible for financial aid as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid form. FAFSA forms can be obtained from the Office of Student Financial Aid and Employment. It is recommended that FAFSA forms be filed by March 1 for full consideration.

Students seeking scholarship consideration must submit the scholarship application and essay by April 1. Applications may be returned to the CCPA Dean's Office, UDC-333 or mailed to:
