Research Interests:

Interdisciplinary areas of materials chemistry, analytical chemistry, electrochemistry, catalysis, and nanotechnology, focusing on the design, synthesis, characterization, and application of novel strategies and functional nanomaterials for solving challenging problems in sustainable energy production, conversion and storage (e.g., fuel cells and batteries), and in chemical, biological, and biomedical detection and intervention (e.g., chemical sensors and biosensors).
