Jason Andrews/Superintendent, Windsor Central School District
Jason Andrews began his teaching career in the Windsor Central School District as a high school social studies teacher, co-curricular advisor and coach. He served as Middle School Principal at Harpursville Central Schools then returned to Windsor Central Schools to become the Middle School Principal. He was appointed as Superintendent of Schools for the Windsor Central School District in 2005. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at SUNY Oswego in the Superintendent's Development Program and at the Graduate School of Education at Binghamton University.

He has extensive experience working with rural, urban, and high poverty suburban schools. Casey's dissertation looks at rural school consolidation in New York.
Suzanne McLeod/Superintendent, Union-Endicott Central School District
Suzanne E. McLeod (Ed.D.) has been the Superintendent of the Union Endicott Central School District since 2008. She has worked in K-16 Education in Missouri, Michigan, Massachusetts, and New York, both as a teacher and an administrator. Recently, her work has focused on community understanding of the Common Core, Bullying Prevention training, and professional education for aspiring teachers, building administrators, and superintendents.

Lawrence M. Paska (Ph.D.) is the K-12 Director of Social Studies for the Harrison Central School District (NY), where he coordinates the district's social studies, business, and library media programs. He is the Vice-President of the New York State Council for the Social Studies and serves on the Board of Directors for Learning Forward New York, Northeast Career Planning, and the Westchester-Lower Hudson Council for the Social Studies.

Jessica Williams (Ed.D.) is a middle school teacher of Family & Consumer Science in Newark Valley, New York. She has a specific interest in career education and exploration and its relationship to college and career readiness. Before becoming a teacher, Jessica spent 12 years managing public service programs including those in health care, court systems and early childhood education programs. Jessica has worked as a consultant across New York State and the country providing professional development for individual teachers and school districts and helping to rethink and redesign CTE programs at the middle level.
