Involvement at Binghamton U: Emerging Leaders Program, JUMP, PULSE

Why did you want to join the Dean's Team?
I really wanted to become more involved in the different events on campus held for students, and to become more familiar with all of the services Binghamton University has to offer. I think students should know more about the Dean's Office and all it provides.

Why did you want to join the Dean's Team?
I wanted to be part of the dean's team to coordinate events for students and help to better the campus atmosphere.

Why did you want to join the Dean's Team? 
I wanted to join Dean's Team because it would be a great way to interact with students. At the same time, I would be able to bring about school spirit by creating events that cater to the interests of this diverse campus.

Involvement at Binghamton U: Computer Lab Intern through federal work study program. Fitness Assistant at recreation center. Member of Off-Campus College Council, Microfinance Connection & Finance Society.

Why did you want to join the Dean's Team? 
I have strong interest in the Dean's Team because it seems like the perfect opportunity to expand my network and be more involved with the University as a whole. To have the opportunity to work with not only students, but staff and make a valuable impression in the community. I feel as though I have many ideas in which I could contribute to creating a stronger school environment and promoting increased school spirit within the University. I also would like to make the University increasingly well-known outside of campus as well. It is important that everyone is aware of the resources that are available to them in the Dean of Students Office and that's something I strongly intend on doing.

Why did you want to join the Deans Team?  
I wanted to join the Dean's team to be able to help plan out events for the student body that they will enjoy. I also wanted to help bring more awareness to the Dean of Students Office and the services they could provide for students.

Why did you want to join the Deans Team?  
I wanted to join the Dean's Team because I wanted to be more involved with the student body as a whole. The Dean of Students Office provides so much for us students, and I want to have an active role in sharing this information with my peers.

I wanted to be a part of the Dean's Team so that I could help students adjust to college life. There are a lot of great programs available to help students adjust to being away at school, and I wanted to increase student awareness of them!

Why did you want to join the Dean's Team?
I wanted to join the Dean's Team because I wanted to give back to the school that has given me so many great experiences these past years. I want to be able to make students' college experience as memorable as mine. I want to contribute in building a sense of community and pride in our campus. Moreover, I think it is exciting to be able to collaborate with other students and the Dean of Students Office in planning events and helping others.

Why did you want to join the Dean's Team?
I wanted to join the Dean's Team because it seemed like the perfect hands-on opportunity to actually work with students and staff and make a lasting impression on the Binghamton University community. I really want to contribute my ideas towards enhancing school spirit and getting the student body more involved and aware of the resources that our Dean of Students Office provides. I also think it is interesting and rather unique how the students on the team area able to shape sponsored events and make a difference.

Why did you want to join the Dean's Team?
The Dean's Team is a perfect way to get involved on campus and bridge any gaps between the students and administration. Therefore, I see joining the Dean's Team as a way to voice opinions of those on campus and make changes that will better Binghamton University. Additionally, I want to be able to interact with more students by assisting with campus activities as well as encouraging school spirit. I am excited to be able to take this opportunity to better the experience on campus!
