Michelle is a classroom and clinical instructor for Binghamton University. Nursing has been her life-long career. She earned an AAS in Nursing at Broome Community College, a BS in Adult Education for Health Sciences through Empire State College, and her BSN equivalent and MSN in Nursing Education through Saint Joseph's College of Maine. Professor Ames has been teaching nursing at various levels (LPN, Associate Degree RN, and Baccalaureate Degree RN) for 14 years. She is a member of the International Nursing Honor Society Sigma Theta Tau. She is also an instructor for Kaplan, teaching nursing licensure exam (NCLEX) success strategies to nursing program graduates throughout the New York and Pennsylvania.
