Margaret Decker is a Clinical Assistant Professor for the Decker School of Nursing and is a certified nurse educator. She is currently pursuing her PhD from the Decker School of Nursing. She actively participates in campus activities like homecoming, the nursing student association and is a faculty fellow for the Mountainview College Community. She enjoys participating in events sponsored by the Center for Civic Engagement and the Center for Learning and Teaching. She engages students through flipped classroom style learning. She advises students from the Watson School of Engineering for the Senior Design Projects. For the Decker School of Nursing she serves as a board member for the Broome County Community Organizations Active in Disaster. She participates in the faith community through the Catholic Ministry as a lector and religious education instructor at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Endicott, NY.
