NYS Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Incentive Program
They NYS STEM Incentive Program provides a full SUNY tuition scholarship for the top 10 percent of students in each New York State high school if they pursue a STEM degree in an bachelor degree program and agree to work in a STEM field in NYS for 5 years after graduation. Applicants must complete and submit the NYS STEM application by August 15.

New and returning graduate students: 2014-15 Financial Aid Award offers will be emailed to a student's Binghamton email address, beginning July 1st.
Effective for loans first disbursed on or after July 1, 2014 and prior to July 1, 2015:
Once degree requirements are met, students are no longer eligible for federal aid funding for that degree.
