Mission Statement

The General Accounting Department at Binghamton University provides ownership and maintenance of the Oracle General Ledger and Project Accounting modules and expertise in various functions of the SUNY Central System. Expenditure transfers and other accounting issues of a general nature should be addressed to this department.
