How can my recommenders submit letters of recommendation in hard copy / if they do not want to send electronically?

Submitting Letters of Recommendation

  • The preferred method of submission is online.
  • If necessary, your recommender may send his/her recommendation in a sealed and signed envelope to The Graduate School at Binghamton University / State University of New York / PO Box 6000 / Binghamton, NY 13902-6000.
  • Please note: You must register your recommender on the online graduate application AND submit your online application
