Faculty Profiles

Inside, Binghamton's weekly on-line publication for faculty and staff, will profile new faculty members throughout September. Please take a few minutes to fill out this form and return it via campus mail to Eric Coker in Communications and Marketing in AD 141E or send it by email to ecoker@binghamton.edu. Feel free to include a resume or CV and skip the professional questions if that's easier. Submit your profile by September 1.

The Graduate Community of Scholars (GCOS) at Binghamton University offers workshops and resources to help graduate students thrive in their personal lives and gain a competitive edge in their professional lives. Services for Students with Disabilities

Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) provides a wide range of assistance to enrolled students with physical, learning or other disabilities. The office serves a multidimensional role as service provider, educator and advocate. Operational philosophy is based firmly on the belief that the individuals served are students first and that their disabilities are secondary. New Faculty may find the following information helpful when building a syllabus and when considering resources for students with disabilities:

Music and Performing Arts at Binghamton

The University's Music Department includes ensembles such as the University Chorus, Harpur Chorale, Women's Chorus, the University Symphony Orchestra, the Wind Symphony and the Harpur Jazz Ensemble. View the 2012-13 Music Brochure.

The Anderson Center for the Arts includes three theaters (Osterhout Concert Theater, Chamber Hall, and Watters Theater) and is designed to meet the needs of every performing group — soloists, chamber ensembles, symphonies, dance, or large theatrical productions complemented by a full-scale orchestra. Where do I get my ID card?

ID cards are issued by Human Resources, which is located in the Administration Building room 244. Their hours are 9:30am – 5pm.

How do I obtain a Binghamton University e-mail address?

View e-mail information for new faculty/staff.

Where is the parking authority?

You can visit Parking Services at the Couper Administration Building, ground floor, room 8, or the information booth on Bartle Drive (main entrance to campus).

Obtain your parking stickers before Thursday, August 30.

Where is my office?

Where is my classroom?

Please contact your department.

Where is the Information Technology help desk?

In the Computer Center, located between the University Union and the Library North.
