EMAIL, FAX or MAIL - Please use the paper registration form and return by email, fax or mail. You cannot register by phone as we need a paper copy of the registration for audit purposes.Click here

WALK-IN - There is NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT

Payment must be made before the start of the program. All payments including credit cards will be processed by Wednesday, October 1, 2014. Any cancellations or nonattendance after this date will not receive a refund.

CREDIT CARD: We now accept Paypal or payments with VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards. We will send you a link to the payment site after your registration. Your purchase will appear on your credit card statement with the following notation: PAYPAL *RFBU IEEC

CHECK:  Please make checks payable to: Research Foundation Award 67670

PURCHASE ORDER:  Purchase Orders must state course name and registrant's name and provide complete billing information including contact name and phone number.

 

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION

We will send confirmation and course information to registrants by e-mail, so please include your e-mail address on your registration form.

If you have not received confirmation by Friday before the start of the program, call the Office of Industrial Outreach at 607-777-2154.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be received in writing (email, fax or letter only – no telephone calls) to the Office of Industrial Outreach by 5pm Wednesday, October 1, 2014 to receive a refund less a $20 administrative fee.  No refunds for cancellations or non-attendance will be given after this date.
