From the Kenniff quip file

On Rudy, the ex-Navy SEAL: “Phew, he is a piece of work…what you saw is him. He is cantankerous; he is a bigot. But he is also a real American hero.”
On Jenna, the single mother: “She is 22 going on 14. Loves the Backstreet Boys and ‘N Sync. Gets crushes on every boy she meets.”
On Greg, the paleobotanist: “He graduated from Brown University. He really was quirky. Unemployed, a nomad. He didn’t shower for three months before Survivor. He stank so bad, I don’t know how Colleen could stand to be within three feet of him. People on the airplane were dying.”
On Susan, the truck driver: “She’s like your bitchy older sister. A real workaholic. Great sense of humor. Deeply in love with her husband. Sue was unfortunately naked almost as much as Rich was, but the cameras never showed you that. It kept the snakes away — and other than that, it really wasn’t a welcome sight.”
On Kelly, the river guide: “She was not a nice person…She was portrayed much more favorably than she deserved to be…I could not in good conscience vote for her, so I voted for Rich.”
On Rich, the corporate trainer and $1 million winner: “A really good guy with a great sense of humor. Over-confident, over-arrogant and annoying, and he knows it. And he’s very, very bright.”
On himself: “I’m not an actor – actually, I’m a horrible actor — but what you saw on TV is me. I have a great amount of integrity. I didn’t want to lie, cheat or steal to win a million dollars.”
On his days at BU: “I ruled the Newing Navy.” The son of a New York City fireman and a homemaker mom, he held a variety of jobs to pay for tuition including busing tables at Ruby Tuesday’s and working at the campus snack bar. “I had a great time at Binghamton, and I hope you guys appreciate what it’s about,” Kenniff said. “Your Binghamton education can do battle with absolutely anybody.”
