EAP Workshop: Alzheimers and Dementia/Education and Resources, noon-1 p.m., Feb. 27, UUW-324. This workshop sponsored by EAP, Binghamton University’s Elder Care Services Program and the Alzheimer’s Association of the Southern Tier, will focus on eldercare issues that may affect our aging loved ones. Presenters Rene Conklin, Elder Care Services coordinator, and Jesse Cornell, associate program director of the Alzheimer’s Association of the Southern Tier, will discuss the differences between dementia and Alzheimer’s, as well as how to tap into local support and resources.
