Are you ready to get off the back burner and join in the fun? Compete in the Fourth Annual Academic Culinary Challenge from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, March 29, in the Appalachian Dining Center! Binghamton University Dining Services hosts a similar, student-centered “Battle of the Chefs” each fall, but it’s time to let our faculty and staff showcase their creative culinary side! Teams should be comprised of no more than five members. At least one team member needs to meet with the team’s chef mentor prior to the event, to review the rules and strategize. The winning team will receive a catered lunch for up to 15 members of their department, including team members. However, all teams will walk away with something!
