Binghamton had a significant presence in the Division 9 program at the American Psychological Association annual convention in Orlando in August. Dan O’Brien, a Binghamton University graduate now in a post-doc at Harvard; Susan Seibold-Simpson, assistant professor of nursing; Rick Kauffman, a graduate student in biological sciences; and Sean Massey, research associate professor of women, gender and sexuality studies, presented on their work as part of the Binghamton Neighborhood Project. The group has been invited to submit its work as a collection in the Division 9 journal Analysis of Social Issues and Public Policy (ASAP).
