Between January 2-22, the Rec Center will be open from 5:45 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday and from 9 a.m.-4 p.m Saturday-Sunday. During this time in January, current faculty, staff and students are invited to take part in all programming, including open rec, FitSpace and all fitness classes for free. A valid University ID will be required to access the building.

Remove vehicles from snow lots| December 11, 2013
A number of parking areas are designated as snow lots. These lots must be clear of cars between 1-6 a.m. Nov. 15 to March 30, seven days a week, to allow for snow removal. Vehicles parked in snow lots at these times and dates will be ticketed and/or towed. The snow lots are: all commuter lots, the Library Tower, Lot A, Lot F, Lot F1, Lot F2, Lot G, Lot J, Lot K, Lot M0, M-2, M-3, M-4, Lot Q2, Lot V, Lot W (the Visitor's Paid Lot), Lot Y2 and Lot Z.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) deadline reminder| December 10, 2013
Your 2013 FSA contributions must be exhausted by Dec. 31, 2013 to avoid forfeiture of remaining funds. Your receipts for expenses incurred during the 2013 calendar year may be submitted for reimbursement until March 31, 2014.

Bronstein will discuss “How can the College of Community and Public Affairs build on its commitment to community engagement, social justice, diversity, and academic and scholarly excellence to provide leadership in helping Binghamton University increase research, strengthen graduate education, and build relationships with the community?” Her presentation will be followed by a 30-minute informal chat where faculty, staff and students will have the opportunity to meet and mingle informally with her.
