EAP workshop on mindful-based meditation

Living mindfully is all about being present in your own life moment by moment (we’re on “autopilot” about 50 percent of our waking hours). In this hour-long session, taking place from noon-1 p.m. Friday, May 23, in UUW-324, we’ll look at mindfulness tools that are easy to use and can be put into practice anywhere and anytime.
