Aqua Bootcamp and Yoga for Beginners start Tuesday

Campus Recreation is offering two classes on Tuesday evenings this semester: Aqua Bootcamp and Yoga for Beginners. Aqua Bootcamp is offered from 5-6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays from Sept. 10-Dec. 12 in the Rec Center Pool. Join this class and take your exercise program up a notch with drills, station work and traditional aqua aerobics. If high-intensity aqua workout isn’t for you, try a gentle stretch Yoga class. Yoga for Beginners is offered from 5:30-7 p.m. on Tuesdays from Sept. 10-Oct. 15 in Rec Center room 24. Class sizes are limited so register now.
