Basic Beginner Yoga offered Wednesday

Campus Recreation is offering an introductory workshop to Yoga from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 11, with Patti Dowd in the Rec Center Room 24. This workshop will welcome participants to the normal flow of a yoga class and introduce some of the more common yoga poses. Yoga can be a wonderfully effective modality to improve your overall health and well-being. Register online, but there is no charge for the workshop.
