Ever wonder if mixing cardio and weights was ok? Or which to do first? Join Jenna Domin, fitness coordinator at the Rec Center, at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, for an Instructor’s Corner session discussing the pros and cons of mixing your workout routine and if order matters.
It will also cover basic guidelines for how often you should do each. This session is free and open to students, faculty, staff and recreation members with a valid University ID.
