CCE lunchtime open forums for faculty/staff

The Center for Civic Engagement is hosting informal luncheons this semester for faculty and staff to discuss their community-based work with campus colleagues. The purpose is for faculty to learn about others’ community work/interests to identify potential common areas of interest or points of synergy.
The lunchtime discussions will focus on service-learning classes, research projects and service initiatives, specifically as they address community issues and challenges. Lunch will be provided by CCE. This semester’s sessions are scheduled from noon-1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19; Monday, March 11; and Thursday, April 18, in the Center for Civic Engagement, LS-G548. Pre-registration is necessary. Space limited to 12.
