There will be a Collective Dynamics of Complex Systems (CoCo) Research Group seminar at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 20, in BI-2221 (ITC Conference Room). The seminar will feature Andreas Pape (economics), who will speak on "An Agent-based Model of Property Tax Voting: A Case-Study of Binghamton, NY.”
