Coping with tragedy
April 19, 2013Tweet
Sudden traumatic incidents affect everyone differently based on age, individual experiences and personalities. It is normal to want to talk about and share our thoughts and experiences with others. The Binghamton University Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to listen and provide support in a completely confidential and non-judgmental setting for those who simply want to talk, as well as for those who may be more deeply affected. EAP can be reached at 777-6655/6650 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. For additional information on coping with trauma and talking to children about tragedy, click on the EAP news and information link.
