De-Stress December will take place from Dec. 2-20. De-Stress December is a campus-wide initiative aimed at reducing student stress and anxiety during the weeks leading up to and including finals. Share this link, which contains the full schedule of events, with your students. Some of the events include: therapy dogs, service projects, baking, and even free group fitness classes from Dec. 14-20 for any faculty, staff or student with a valid Binghamton University ID.
