Deadline for Binghamton Research Days poster/event submissions Friday

Binghamton University will celebrate research with a series of events on April 17, 18 and 19. Students are invited to present at one of two large poster sessions planned Friday, April 19 – one at 11 a.m. and a second at 2 p.m. – in the UU-Mandela Room. The sessions provide an opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students from all academic disciplines to showcase their work. The deadline to submit a poster is Friday, March 22. Apply online.

Faculty members, academic departments and programs and student groups are also invited to plan events related to research and to attend the poster sessions. Submit events at http://research.binghamton.edu/events/researchdays/create-event.php.

The schedule will include open labs, seminars, poster sessions, tours, speakers and more. Faculty members are also encouraged to devote several minutes during class on one of those days to introduce themselves as scholars.
