Learning how to breathe correctly, proper diet, adequate physical activity, logical thinking and demonstrating healthy behaviors are all important in anyone’s life. When we neglect any of these domains it creates an imbalance. Learn how to re-focus your efforts starting with breathing at this workshop from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16, in UUW-324.
