January is a time of reevaluation and rejuvenation. If you would like to kickstart your fitness routine after the holidays, come and join Sarah Thompson, lecturer in the Health and Wellness Studies department, from noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, in UU-108. She will use a simple office chair to show us how to increase our strength, balance and range of motion, during three one-hour-long sessions. Wear comfortable shoes, and come as you are!
