Emerging Leaders Program now accepting peer mentor applications

Applications are now being accepted for undergraduate peer mentors to work with the 2013 Binghamton University Emerging Leaders Program (ELP). The ELP is fall semester experience, available to first-semester freshmen and transfer students who are interested in learning about and practicing leadership, becoming connected to the university and developing important skills for success in college and life. The application deadline is 11:59 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25.

ELP peer mentors are returning students who have the opportunity to have a direct, positive impact on the lives of students new to the Binghamton University community, as well as develop their own individual leadership abilities. Faculty and staff are encouraged to let their students know about this opportunity. ELP Mentor applications are available online through the ELP website.
