Tim Wierman, nutrition educator and owner of Eat to Compete, will speak from noon-1 p.m. Thursday, March 13, in UU-108. If you are someone who is trying to balance your nutritional needs, energy level and resources within a working lifestyle, this talk could be beneficial to you. Tim is an expert in the field of sports nutrition, and speaks to youth and adults who are looking to maximize their diet. The Eating Awareness Committee and the Binghamton University Employee Assistance Program are collaborating to usher in nutrition and fitness information that is valuable and practical for faculty and staff. Light refreshments are available compliments of Binghamton University Dining Services by Sodexo.
