Have you heard of 3-4-50 — three risky health behaviors lead to four diseases that account for 50 percent of all preventable deaths. Join Jenna Domin, program coordinator for Fitness and Wellness from, noon-1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, in EG-18, to learn about the most important numbers when it comes to your health. We all have a lot of numbers to remember, so she’ll help decipher which ones are key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This presentation will review and explain numbers and abbreviations associated with general health (i.e. BP, HR, LDL/HDL), and exercise prescription and fitness assessment norms (i.e. BMI, THRZ, BIA, W/H ratio).
