Are you tired of swimming boring laps up and down the pool? Are you looking for a way to vary your workouts? Join Aquatics Coordinator Chris Griffin from noon-1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, in the Rec Center Pool, for some guidance on how to make those boring laps more effective and more interesting.
Learn how to write a swimming workout, use our various aquatic equipment and discover some basic drills that will have you swimming longer, faster and more effective yards.
