Telecommunications billing system upgrade

The Telecommunications Department will be upgrading its billing system this weekend starting late this afternoon, March 8. During this period, online account access and online payments will be unavailable. If you have scheduled payments through QuikPAY your payments will be charged to your credit card as normal, however your Telecommunications account will not be updated with this payment until March 11. Directory search will continue to be available and will not be interrupted by this upgrade.
