EAP workshop: Holiday Hula| December 9, 2013
Did you happen to partake in the first Hula happening in January? Binghamton University Wind Symphony Concert| December 9, 2013
Join the Binghamton University Wind Symphony, directed by Dan Fabricius, for the “Larger than Life, Epic Fright” concert 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, in the AC-Chamber Hall. The concert will feature programmatic works devoted to frightening characters and stories, including Julie Giroux’s “Kahn”, John Mackey’s “Xerxes”, and the highlight of the program, Eric Whitacre’s “Godzilla Eats Las Vegas.” Tickets are $7 for the general public; $5 for faculty, staff and seniors; and free for students and are available at the Anderson Center Box Office from noon-5:30 p.m. weekdays, by calling 607-777-ARTS, online

Transportation study reminder| December 6, 2013
A transportation and parking study is underway, and campus input is very important.
Increasing enrollment, satellite campuses, expanded on-campus housing and new academic buildings are prompting a close look at Binghamton University's transportation and parking needs. With safety as a primary consideration, Nelson/Nygaard Consulting Associates has been hired to help the campus gather input and make recommendations for how vehicles should be able to navigate on campus, mass transit and how to best utilize space for parking.
