Request for Letter of Invitation

The Office of International Student and Scholar Services prepares letters on behalf of BU students and scholars who would like to invite family members, relatives, and/or friends to visit them in United States.

Please note the following:

  • The form allows you to type text directly on screen.

  • Once all spaces have been filled in, you can print out the form. An individual form must be done for
    each person you wish to invite.

  • You may bring the form to Office of International Student and Scholar Services or fax the form to
    1-607-777-2889 or cut and paste the information into an e-mail message and send it to
    isss@binghamton.edu

  • Fields marked with (*) are required.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
