The next step to help you prepare for your arrival at Binghamton University is to complete the online Student ID Card photo-upload process. This will enable you to get your Binghamton University Student ID card immediately when you check-in to the orientation program.
Please note: You will need your ID to purchase meals in the dining halls, as well as to access the dormitories, libraries, and to use bus transportation both on and off campus. Failure to upload your photo will result in the delayed receipt of your ID card.
Click on the following link to continue with the ID photo upload process.
You will need your PODS username and password.
Please complete this process by Friday January 17th, 2014 to ensure your student ID is available for pick up at check in at your residence hall on Tuesday January 21st, 2014. (Undergrads ONLY)
If you arrive to campus on Tuesday January 22, 2014 then you will be able to pick up your ID card at orientation check-in.
You must bring a government-issued photo ID in order to receive your card, such as a passport or a driver's license. You will not be given your Binghamton University ID card without this documentation.
