On Nov. 18, 2008, the SUNY Board of Trustees approved an increase in tuition costs for students at all State University of New York campuses, including Binghamton. These tuition increases, effective for Spring 2009, apply to all resident and non-resident students, including international students. They will be reflected in your Spring 2009 semester bill, which will be available online by January 5, 2009.
