Bold gifts for a brilliant Binghamton

A by-the-numbers look at where the campaign stands:

$95 million: The fundraising goal of Bold. Brilliant. Binghamton — The Campaign for Binghamton University

$88.8 million: Amount of donations at the end of January 2011.

$1,000,000: A cash pledge to the School of Management from Charles Kim ‘98

$500,000: Amount pledged by Gary Kunis ‘73 to name the Seymour Kunis Media Core in the new Engineering and Science Building in honor of his father.

$100,000: What alumnus Alex Huppe ‘69 and retired associate physics professor Robert Pompi each gave. Huppe’s gift annuity benefits the Institute for Advanced Studies in the Humanities, and Pompi’s gift supports the Harpur Jazz Ensemble.
