Thin film samples for investigating magneto-transport mechanism are described. The samples are observed in two methods. The first method consists of annealing the samples at different temperatures. The samples are place in a magnetic field and current is passed through the samples. The GMR, Halls voltage and temperature are recorded at different times of regular intervals for analysis.

A LabVIEW program is developed for collecting data from the magneto-transport device. A plot is constructed from the collected data and compared with other research findings and analysis. Next, the IV characteristics of the samples are also observed. A LabVIEW program is designed to increase the current and measure the voltage and temperature at regular intervals. The importances of the experiment are given.
