Binghamton University Alumni Association welcomes new board members
BINGHAMTON, NY – The Binghamton University Alumni Association announced that it has selected two Chicago-based members to serve on its Board of Directors. Directors serve two-year terms with a maximum of three consecutive terms.
Dennis C. Garcia received a bachelor of arts degree in political science in 1989 from Harpur College of Arts and Sciences and received a juris doctorate from Columbia University in 1992. Currently, Garcia is the Central Region counsel/senior attorney at the Microsoft Corporation. Garcia is an alumni admissions volunteer and has attended alumni events in his area. He resides in Chicago, IL.
Samir B. Shah received a bachelor of science in management from the School of Management in 2000. Currently, he is an engagement manager in the Financial Services practice at McKinsey & Company. Shah is an alumni career network volunteer and a SOM finance mentor. He has attended SOM Young Alumni Advisory Council events, Homecoming events, and club and professional events. Shah is married to Anu Sahi-Shah and they reside in Chicago, IL.
