Michael Frame named director of federal relations at Binghamton University
Michael Frame has been named director of federal relations at Binghamton University, State University of New York.
He was most recently director of special projects for the Metropolitan Development Association of Syracuse and Central New York, where he managed initiatives to increase economic development and entrepreneurship and to attract and retain talent in the region.
Previously he worked as a policy analyst for the California State University Office of Federal Relations in Washington, D.C., and has experiences in Syracuse University’s Office of Government and Community Relations and Cornell University’s Office of Governmental Affairs.
Frame holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University and a master’s in public administration from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University.
He is treasurer of 40 Below, a young professional organization, and has served on the boards of the New York Main Street Alliance and PIE Project.
