DeFleur invited to join Governor-Elect Eliot Spitzer’s education policy advisory committee
The Director of the Palestinian Association for Cultural Exchange (PACE) Adel Yahya will deliver a talk “The Palestinian Refugees and their History,” at 7:30 p.m. Monday, November 20, in Lecture Hall 10 on the Binghamton University campus. Yahya’s talk, which is free and open to the public, will focus on refugees in the West Bank.
Yahya, a Palestinian archaeologist and the director of PACE, has published several books and articles in the areas of archaeology and cultural heritage. PACE works to promote Palestinian culture through education, cultural heritage preservation, research, and exchange programs.
